Whether you’re looking for someone to talk to in between your sessions or need urgent help, these organisations are dedicated to offering support and understanding. If you're a parent or guardian with concerns about a child's mental health, please don't hesitate to contact the relevant organisations. Many of these organisations offer guidance and support tailored for families. 

Childline

A free, confidential service where children and young people can talk about anything that’s troubling them. Available 24/7.

Samaritans (For anyone over 16)

While primarily for those aged 16 and over, Samaritans provides a safe space for anyone in emotional distress. You can call for support at any time, day or night.
