I offer 50-minute one-to-one creative counselling sessions for children and young people aged 11 to 21 years. Using various creative mediums such as art, clay, and sand tray, we explore and express feelings in a safe and supportive environment. Together, we work through challenges while fostering the child's self-confidence and emotional well-being, addressing issues such as:

- Anxiety

- Depression

- Grief and loss (through separation, loss, and bereavement)

- Change (new school, new home, and so on)

- Friendship and relationship breakdown

- Exam pressure

- Identity

- Bullying

- Family conflict

- Self-esteem issues

- Self-harm

- Plus many other challenges that children and young people may face.

Early intervention is crucial, as it addresses emotional and psychological challenges before they escalate into more significant issues. By providing counselling at a young age, we help children develop healthy coping strategies and enhance their emotional resilience. This proactive approach not only supports them in navigating difficulties but also sets the foundation for a healthier future. Through open dialogue and tailored support, counselling can empower young individuals to thrive and build a positive outlook on life.
